Citizens of Saint Lucia DON'T need visa to enter to the Dominican Republic. They need Tourist Card ONLY, exclusively for tourism purposes. It can be obtained at the Dominican Consulates or directly upon arrival at the airports in the Dominican Republic. The cost is $10 USD and is valid for 30 days.
