THE RESIDENCY DOCUMENTS FOR DOMINICAN REPUBLIC INCLUDING WORKING PERMISSION AND DOMINICAN BUSINESS COMPANY

This package includes apart from arrangement and getting the Dominican residential documents exactly like it is determined in the Immigration package, also founding a Dominican business company for you with the legal seat in the Dominican Republic. It refers full service when you will receive the complete set of documents about your new company with all the required documents according to the Dominican law (extract from Chamber of Commerce, DR tax number, etc.) in about 35 days after submitting the first applications for company name. Our lawyer's office in Santo Domingo will arrange for you also a temporary address for your new business company.

The part of the services of this package is also arrangement of all the necessary licenses that your company will need for the operation in the Dominican market. In case that you will need some kind of special licenses, such as for import or export of medicaments or other controlled products by the state, we will help you to obtain these licenses based on individual approach.

According to the new Business Law of the Dominican Republic is possible that the business company can be owned by only two persons (before there had to be seven persons). It is necessary to present a copy of passport or a copy of your Dominican "cedula" during the registration process. Everything else will be arranged by us.

After the company is fully registered and established we will open for you the new bank account on name of the company in one of the most prestigious and safest Dominican bank. All the fees of the opening of the bank account (around $400.00 USD) are already included in the price of this service package. The process of the opening of the company bank account lasts about two weeks.
